The City of Mobile is located along the Gulf Coast and comprises an area of 176 square miles with a population of 250,000. The Mobile Police Department employs more than 700 full-time personnel to provide services to the city. This includes sworn police officers, civilian employees and police aides.
The Mobile Police Association MPA is NULEA’s s Mobile-based local. It is independently run and provides professional services for it’s members, including legal support, training, grievances and political representation.
